I am Jade van Heerden; the founder and designer of EverJade Jewellery. I’m thrilled to share my story with you—one that blends adventure with artistry, culminating in the creation of EverJade Jewellery.
My journey began far from the world of jewellery in architectural lighting design, where I eventually found myself in the jewellery industry for a couple of years. For almost four years after that, I thrived as a safari guide in the Sabi Sands, South Africa, immersing myself in the breathtaking landscapes and diverse wildlife of Africa . This role allowed me to connect with people from around the globe, sharing the beauty of nature and the thrill of discovery. It was a profoundly rewarding experience, one that fueled my love for exploration and storytelling.
However, amidst the savannahs and wildlife, my heart yearned for my other passion—jewellery. With a solid foundation in the industrial and jewellery design industry and a deep-seated love for crafting exquisite pieces, I decided to transition back into the jewellery industry.
In 2024, I founded EverJade Jewellery, a reflection of my dedication to quality, elegance, and timeless beauty. At EverJade Jewellery, we create more than just jewellery; we craft personal stories and memories through our designs. Our pieces are carefully made to embody the essence of elegance and sophistication, drawing from my experiences and the intricate details of nature that have inspired me throughout my career. I am proud to bring a unique perspective to EverJade Jewellery, blending my background in guiding and nature with my expertise in design to offer you jewellery that is as distinctive and captivating as the adventures that inspired it.

Scale
Ensure guide set to 100% scale, on A4 paper (210mm x 297mm). Verify print size accuracy by using a credit card.
Use an Existing Ring
Compare ring to circles below for size match. Only circle should show through the ring; minimal white visible.
Cut out Sizer
Cut paper sizer along CUT LINE. Wrap ruler around finger, numbers visible. Nearest number to opening is your size. Test on knuckle for easy fit.Sizes may vary.
Helpful Tips
Strong Hand Measurement
Ensure to size the right finger on the correct hand. Dominant hand fingers might be slightly larger than the non-dominant hand.
Band Width Consideration
Rings with wider bands will fit tighter than thinner bands. When measuring a partner’s ring, match it to your desired ring’s width for accurate sizing.
Temperature and Time
Measure your ring size at normal body temperature, as fingers fluctuate with temperature changes. Measure at day’s end for consistent sizing.
Knuckle Size Variation
Take two measurements and opt for a size in between. The ring should slide over the knuckle comfortably but not too loose around the finger.
