How long will it take to craft my bespoke item of jewellery?

Most items at EverJade Jewellery are custom-made to order. Depending on the piece, production may take between four to six weeks, and this timeframe may extend during peak periods. While we strive to deliver your jewellery promptly, occasional delays are possible. We cannot guarantee the constant availability of stock items or precise delivery times.

When will I receive my online order?

Depending on the specific piece of jewellery and current stock availability, you can expect to receive your item within 20 working days from the date of purchase.

How do I find my ring size?

At EverJade Jewellery, we provide complimentary ring sizers for our entire collection. Measure your ring size comfortably at home to ensure a perfect fit. Click here to view ring size guide.

Can I just go to your studio?

Our studio operates by appointment only. To experience our showroom, custom design appointments, and available stock or collection pieces; please schedule a visit with us. Alternatively, you can explore our collection online.

Can I book online appointments?

Certainly! You will have the pleasure of working directly with Jade van Heerden, the owner and designer of EverJade Jewellery. Jade will personally assist you in creating your bespoke piece of jewellery, ensuring a personalised and expert-guided experience.

Alternatively, you can schedule an appointment at our studio for a personalised face-to-face consultation.

The fit of my ring is not quite right, can I resize it?

Certainly! Please note that ring resizing is available, but it will incur an additional charge. Some rings, particularly full eternity bands, may not be eligible for resizing and may require a complete remake. We recommend confirming the possibility of resizing before making your purchase.

Does my order include shipping?

Yes it does include shipping, however this only applies to local shipping within South Africa.

Shipment orders greater than the value of R15,000.00 includes “Goods in Transit” insurance.  This insurance ensures that your jewellery is covered in the unlikely event that the package is lost during transit. Warranty period?

At EverJade Jewellery, we stand by the craftsmanship and quality of our creations. We offer complimentary repairs for manufacturing defects under normal wear within the first three months of purchase.

How often do I need my ring serviced, cleaned and polished?

We recommend having your stone-set jewellery inspected, serviced, cleaned and polished every 12 months. At EverJade Jewellery, we provide a free inspection service for all jewellery with stone settings. For up to three months from the date of purchase, we will inspect your rings, secure any loose settings, and replace or reset missing small stones at no charge, provided that the issues are due to manufacturing defects.

If a stone/s is lost due to negligence or accidental damage, you will be responsible for the cost of the replacement stone and any associated resetting fees, which will be assessed individually. Repairs required beyond the one-year period will be charged for. 

Can I return an item?

At EverJade Jewellery, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and care that goes into creating each unique piece of jewellery. As such, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases where the item is faulty or damaged. For further details, please refer to our Returns Policy.
